Gojo Reggae at Gojo Ethiopian Restaurant-2014
This was a community gathering celebrating Roots Reggae music dedicated to the Emperor of Ethiopia Haile Selassie I aka RASTAFARI within the setting of an Ethiopian restaurant on Commercial Drive. These events were a great late-night option for the Commercial Dr. Community providing a space where guests could eat (vegan and non-vegan meals), drink, and dance their hearts away within a local neighbourhood! This was our vision of continuing to nurture the niche market of Caribbean and African Reggae while supporting local businesses that express the culture of Roots Reggae music.
